Hi! I am going into 8th grade in Atlanta and found your page from an Instagram shoutout. I currently go to a charter school, but I have an interview at a magnet school nearby. I'm really nervous because I'm not the greatest speaker. Any tips for the interview?

Hi Ellie! I'm glad you have joined our community. Interviews can be scary, so here are our general tips:
Give yourself plenty of time to get ready beforehand and arrive early.
Think about possible questions they will ask you and brainstorm how you would answer!
Have some questions that you can ask them. Try to avoid awkward silence.
Look into the school programs you're excited about and be ready to talk about those programs. Show off your excitement :)
